Just a note that the Katana can be used as an FRFR if you have a model with the Power Amp in jack on the rear, therefore in this case you could leave the IR's active on the PodGo. Using it this way disables the entire Preamp section of the Katana. Mine is the 50 Mk2 EX.

I actually had this on for a good bit while doing other things and I am a life long ear patient with very sensitive ears- also been playing since the winter/Spring of 1983. I would have shut this down in a Boston second if you sucked. So you on to something here with your style and sincere attempt to be tasteful and respectful.

the Pod Go has this horribly flimsy power cable, with a giant wall wart transformer. They COULD have put all that inside the unit and given us a standard C13 connection, so we could use any computer type power cord. But no, they give this terrible wall wart thing. So my question: How are you running power to your PodGO?

Lovely guitar! Congratulations (6 years late 🙂). Just curious, is this a Murphy Aged finish? It looks like there is some checking in the controls area. I just bought a 2018 R9 (VOS) and it doesn't have any checking in the finish at all. Either way, yours is a beautiful guitar.

Hi! Thanks for your video! I was wondering: did you have an issue with the looper playback volume? The looper playback volume is very low compared to the actual playing. I switched from a full pedalboard with a seperate looper pedal and never had this issue. The playback volume is already at max... seems the POD really cuts down the looper output .

I have a Pod Go and yet cant find this digital delay on mine that matches yours. Is youre delay also an IR ?

I've yet to hear 1 video where anyone has only used just the effects in the Pod Go to create good metal tones. They almost always use IR's which to me defeats the purpose of having the Pod Go to begin with. If you have to have IR's then why purchase a Pod go ?
